For mold-prone areas such as kitchen countertops and damp bathroom areas, we offer a highly dense, mold-resistant, and stain-resistant grout sealing service. The material formula includes antibacterial agents, resulting in extremely low surface tension after curing, making it difficult for oil and water stains to adhere and penetrate.

During construction, old mold roots in the grout lines are thoroughly cleaned, and drying equipment is used to ensure the grout is completely dry before applying a double-layer protective material. The surface layer has high hardness, is resistant to mild acid and alkali cleaners, and will not discolor even after prolonged contact with dish soap or shower gel.

The package includes two standard bathrooms and one kitchen work surface, and includes one free mold inspection and cleaning within three years, keeping damp corners clean and hygienic at all times.
