For extremely deep grouts exceeding 8 mm in depth, we use a layered grouting process, controlling each layer’s thickness to within 3 mm. The next layer is injected only after the previous one has partially set, avoiding excessive thickness that could lead to internal pores or shrinkage cracks.
The composition of each layer is finely adjusted: the bottom layer focuses on adhesion, the middle layer enhances strength, and the top layer emphasizes color and gloss, creating a functional gradient structure. The final result is smooth and solid, with a load-bearing capacity superior to single-layer filling.
This package is suitable for factory renovations or basement floors and includes a record of the layered curing process.
